I found the staff nice and helpful. amira was particularly cute. the breakfast was amazing. I especially liked the variety! the location is super convenient. It is very close to mall of the emirates and multiple restaurants!
The ironing board in my room looked worn. The iron leaked a bit, and it did not work that properly.

The staff were supportive and helpful. Shoura was especially excellent. they made the check-in process smooth and answered all questions. i received quick and efficient attention anytime i needed it. staff went out of their way to help me.

the room was clean and tidy! the beds were comfortable, guaranteeing a restful sleep. i had reliable high-speed internet, great for both work and streaming. the standard king room was well-kept, and quiet.

The hotel's location allowed easy access to the mall of the emirates. i found it simple to grab a taxi. The metro was also within reasonable distance. despite being near attractions, the area was quiet. some restaurants nearby offer nice alternatives.

The hotel provides a very good breakfast with many options. there was a wide selection of both warm and cold dishes at breakfast. everything was fresh. Preparation occurred constantly! i noticed a division between european and asian cuisine too.

the location was acceptable, being close to the mall of the emirates.
My room had issues. there was a constant bad smell. I think the hotel tried to cover it up with excessive air freshener, but it didn't work. the mini fridge was empty. it wasn't the relaxing experience i had hoped for.
